The art of money care

It’s our process that makes us unique. We’ve developed a framework to ask the right questions and put the right pieces in place. We have tools such as a navigation path, fact sheets, and summary lists to help all parties stay on track and can keep you accountable to ensure your goals are reached.

We believe the ecosystem of money care thrives around three core components. Each of these components symbiotically supports the others like a balanced three-legged stool. The components are:

  • Manage: This is the day-to-day action-taking aspect of the ecosystem (the doing part).

  • Sustain: This is the structure that maintains an ongoing well-run money care system. (Think money management tools, processes, habits, & communication)

  • Preserve: This is the protecting part of the ecosystem that ensures long-term safeguards are in place and that information is easily accessible and conveyable when it’s needed.

We can walk you through implementing a plan that works for you through a series of virtual meetings.

Virtual implementation calls start at $ 140 per hour (pro-rated for the time used). (Discounted for coaching package clients)

“Carrie managed my visually disabled stepmother’s daily financial activities, including bill payment, research on senior financial alternatives, email/other electronic filing services, and grocery online submission. Perhaps most importantly, she provides compassionate third-party insights for us to consider, as we navigate through a variety of difficult end-of-life financial discussions and decisions for my stepmom.”
